The Team

We’re a convergence of the left and the right brain. We’re here to disrupt traditional advertising.
Chad Huggins

Chad Huggins

President

Chad started his career working in institutional finance in New York and London as an Inter Dealer Broker in the Mortgage Backed Securities sector. In 2012, Chad founded The Social Route, with a passion for creating quantitative creativity, transparency, and innovation in an increasingly noisy world of advertisements. Chad enjoys the ability to be dynamic with The Social Route’s strategies and believes that engaging content should always disrupt or challenge the status quo.
Betsy Brooksire

Betsy Brooksire

Account Director

Betsy has the messiest desk in the office. She is also the human embodiment of joy and passion and effort and if life were a sentence, hers would be in cursive, slanting upwards, with I’s dotted with suns.
Tayler Bunge

Tayler Bunge

Creative Strategist

Tayler grew up in Denver, a city that taught her to fall in love with creative modes of human expression. This love informed her nonprofit experience at The Bridge Project and The Public Interest Network, leading her to join TSR to approach digital advertising with a human voice. Above all, she is interested in turning concepts into implementable strategies and wants to help brands tell their stories in powerful ways. She graduated from Regis University where she studied English and Philosophy, making her (easily) the dorkiest person on the team.
Ben LaFalce

Ben LaFalce

Art Director

Graphic design is Ben’s passion. He has always been intrigued by the notion of taking a concept that is in his head and bringing it to life. Ben is fascinated with the subtleties and psychology of design. Thus, typography, Illustration, and color theory have become obsessions of his. He observes the world through the lens of a graphic artist, breathing life and voice into his design.
